After breakfast, departure to the village of Sahara Taouz, visits Taouz rock carvings dating from Roman times, with a stop at the village of Gnawa, Ouzina and Remilia oases, then down to Wadi Ziz by the old track of Paris Dakar, traversing dry wadis, rocky tracks, bringing a touch more mineral in the landscape of desert plateaus rich with its beautiful landscapes. Back along the west bank of the Wadi Ziz to Merzouga.
